Job Summary
Provide direct or indirect nursing care to individuals in crisis as part of a multidisciplinary team. Perform nursing assessments, develop and execute individualized care plans, deliver health education and case management, administer prescribed medications and treatments, and ensure crisis services operate in alignment with state laws and best-practice recovery-oriented care.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse Level III – Bachelor’s in Nursing and possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or Registered Nurse License recognized by the eNLC and one year of professional nursing experience OR Associate in Nursing and two years of professional nursing experience
- Registered Nurse Level II – Bachelor’s in Nursing and possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or Registered Nurse License recognized by the eNLC OR Associate in Nursing and one year of professional nursing experience
- Registered Nurse Level I – Associate in Nursing and possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or Registered Nurse License recognized by the eNLC.
- Unrestricted Oklahoma RN licensure
- Bachelor’s in Nursing or ADN requirements
- Experience in crisis services or mental health/substance use treatment preferred
- Strong communication and patient safety focus
- Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Medication administration and nursing treatments
- Case management and health education
