Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) position in CrisisCare Center providing psychiatric and medical nursing care in a fast-paced, crisis-centered environment. Works with a multi-disciplinary team to conduct physical and mental health nursing assessments, coordinate and supervise client care, including individualized crisis planning and discharge planning, and support adults with mental illness or co-occurring disorders. Requires Oklahoma RN license and RN program completion; preferred psychiatric inpatient experience. Responsibilities include applying nursing care techniques, maintaining confidentiality, and promoting wellness within a safety-sensitive, benefit-rich organization. 12-hour shifts available (7:00 AM–7:30 PM) in a full-time role with competitive pay, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma RN license
- Completion of Registered Nurse program
- Experience in psychiatric field preferred (1 year)
- Knowledge of co-occurring disorders and appropriate interventions
- Ability to lift/move minimum of 50 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
- Strong nursing assessment and care coordination skills
