Job Summary
Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment while supporting daily clinical operations. Administer medications and treatments accurately, monitor resident conditions, and respond promptly to status changes. Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to promote high-quality care, communicate effectively with families, and document care to meet clinical and regulatory standards. Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times. This role offers full-time and part-time day shifts (6AM-2PM) with competitive hourly wages plus shift differentials. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing
- License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate
- Current, valid CPR Certification
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
