Job Summary
Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment while supporting daily clinical operations to ensure quality and safety. Administer medications and treatments accurately, monitor resident conditions for status changes, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members. Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs and document all activities to meet clinical and regulatory standards. Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times. Full-time shifts available from 6am to 6pm with a competitive hourly wage plus shift differentials. Join a team across more than 40 skilled nursing communities throughout Iowa.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing
- License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate
- Current, valid CPR Certification
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
