Job Summary
Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment while administering medications and treatments accurately. Monitor resident conditions, respond promptly to changes in status, and document care to meet clinical and regulatory standards. Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to support daily clinical operations and ensure resident safety. Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times. Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs. Full-time shifts available from 6am to 6pm with a competitive hourly wage plus shift differentials. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing. License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate.
- Current, valid CPR Certification.
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws.
