Job Summary
Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment while administering medications and treatments accurately. Monitor resident conditions, respond promptly to status changes, and document care to meet clinical and regulatory standards. Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care and resident safety. Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times. Support daily clinical operations on the unit, communicate effectively with residents and families, and maintain a strong commitment to empathy and respect. Full-time and part-time day shifts (6AM-2PM) available with competitive hourly wage plus shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing
- License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate
- Current, valid CPR Certification
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
