Job Summary
Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment, administering medications and treatments accurately. Monitor resident conditions, respond promptly to status changes, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care and safety. Document care accurately to meet clinical and regulatory standards while following infection control and safety protocols. Support daily clinical operations on the unit. Full-time and part-time shifts available from 6am to 6pm with competitive hourly wage plus shift differentials. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing
- License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate
- Current, valid CPR Certification
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
