Registered Nurse (RN) Days (8 hour shifts)

Job Summary
Provide holistic nursing care to patients in a correctional setting, assessing physical, psychological, and social dimensions to obtain health history and write admission assessments. Document and communicate triage decisions during custody and discharge, then develop individual nursing care plans using established protocols. Implement medical care plans including diagnostic tests and EKGs per physician orders, administer medications via approved routes, and assist in medical or minor surgical procedures as necessary. Requires current state RN license, CPR certificate, EMR proficiency, and Level 2 clearance. 8-hour shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current CPR certificate
- Proficient with electronic medical records
- Ability to pass pre-employment Level 2 clearance to include background check and drug screen
