Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Surgery Augusta (Part Time)

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans with independent judgment. Prioritize daily patient flow, coordinate optimum care, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and incidents. Serve as the frontline intermediary between patients, families, and providers by listening to concerns, educating on health issues, and communicating pertinent information to staff. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance councils, and mentor other nurses through preceptorship. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and stay current with industry best practices. Work part-time evening shifts from 1:00pm to 9:30pm.
