Job Summary
Maintain nursing care standards to meet the physical, psycho-social, and rehabilitative needs of residents in a 151-bed skilled nursing facility. Develop and implement individualized plans of care for each patient while collaborating with healthcare providers to deliver interventions and document outcomes. Provide compassionate care to residents in a homelike environment, ensuring excellent customer service and strong teamwork. Alabama RN license and passing a pre-employment drug screening are required. New grads are welcome to apply.
