Job Summary
Part-time RN to cover weekend day shifts (4 AM–4 PM, Saturdays and Sundays) at Oak Creek Rehabilitation in Kimberly, ID. Responsibilities include ordering, preparing, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed; notifying physicians or family about changes in resident condition; performing nursing procedures (tube feeds, suction, catheterization, dressings, irrigations); continuous monitoring of seriously ill residents; advocating for patients and ensuring care aligns with the care plan and resident wishes; completing charting in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
