Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift

Assess residents and monitor changes in their physical, mental, and emotional conditions while administering medications and treatments safely. Provide nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders, ensuring supplies are available per facility policy. Coordinate resident care with nursing assistants, physicians, and therapy professionals, providing direction and education to nursing personnel during the shift. Complete clinical documentation accurately and promptly report incidents, accidents, and adverse events according to policy. Follow infection prevention, safety, and quality-of-care standards while protecting resident rights, privacy, and dignity. Work 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM in 12-hour rotating shifts with weekends rotating, earning $42 per hour plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
