Registered Nurse (RN) Day Shift

Conduct medication management, ensure adequate supplies, and handle all medications in accordance with company policy. Notify attending physicians and families promptly of significant health changes and report incidents, accidents, and adverse events to the Administrator and Director of Nursing. Document, investigate, and address resident accidents, grievances, and concerns while upholding resident rights and maintaining protected health information confidentiality. Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. Requires an approved RN license, two years of Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred, and current BLS/CPR certification. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options available with 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends, and holiday rotation.
