Job Summary
Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients at Putnamville Correctional Facility under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Nursing Supervisor. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs. Maintain a 3/12 day shift bracket schedule from 6am to 6:30pm. Requires an Associate's degree, active RN license, and CPR certification, along with the ability to obtain a security clearance. Join Centurion Health's team delivering medical and behavioral health services to the Indiana Department of Correction.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Registered Nurse (RN) license or multi state compact license
- Appropriate and active certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
