Registered Nurse (RN) - Day - $10K Sign On

Assess patients' physical and behavioral health needs, develop nursing care plans, and maintain medical records while educating families about various conditions. Administer medications per orders, document controlled substance counts, and notify physicians of significant status changes or medical emergencies. Coordinate unit activities, ensure physicians' verbal orders are transcribed appropriately, and provide therapeutic rapport with patients, visitors, and co-workers. Complete admission and discharge processing efficiently while demonstrating universal precautions. Full-time day shift (7a-7p) with block scheduling including every other weekend rotation.
