Job Summary
Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes for individuals with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs, to ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery while building long-term relationships with patients and families. Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented outpatient environment, managing consistent schedules that include early mornings, evenings, rotating weekends, and holidays. Requires 12+ months RN experience with 6+ months in dialysis and current RN license and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ months RN experience
- 6+ months Dialysis Experience
- patient interaction in the last year
- Current RN license
- CPR certification
- Charge RN readiness approval
- ADN
- Consistent, predictable schedules (typically 3 to 4 days per week) that include early mornings, evenings, rotating weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- BSN
- ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience
- CNN/CDN certification
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
