Registered Nurse RN

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents while administering medications and monitoring for adverse reactions. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure health, safety, and well-being. Perform clinical procedures including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter insertion, while documenting vital signs and responding to changes in resident conditions. Provide direct bedside care, educate families on treatments, and assist with discharge planning. Maintain compliance with nursing standards and state regulations. Full-time and part-time shifts available with flexible scheduling.
