Registered Nurse (RN) CVOR

Provide and coordinate patient care, including treatments, medication administration, and daily living assistance. Monitor and document patient conditions, communicate with the care team, and support patient and family education. Act as a care team leader to maintain quality standards, productivity, and staff performance while utilizing specialized plan-of-care interventions. Requires current state RN license, associate's degree, and 3 years of CVOR experience preferred. Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire, with ACLS and PALS required within six months.
