Job Summary
The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe patient care in a clinical environment governed by nursing practice standards and organizational models. Requires active RN license and certifications (BLS, ACLS, RN-COMPACT or single-state), with less than 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred; role emphasizes patient-centered care, teamwork, timely responsiveness in a fast-paced setting, and adherence to applicable nursing practice acts and ethics codes. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- RN license (Single State) or RN-COMPACT
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support or ARC-ALS - Amer Red Cross Advanced Life Support or ACLS-I - ACLS - Instructor or ACLS-P - ACLS-Provisional (180 Days) within 180 Days
- Less than 1 year completion of accredited/approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative skills; English language proficiency; time management; critical thinking
