Job Summary
RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care at Wellstar, working within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, safe patient care in a clinical setting. Requires active RN licensure (GA) with BLS and ACLS certifications; associates/diploma nursing (bachelor’s preferred) and less than 1 year of post-school clinical experience. Roles include participation in a Level I Trauma Center environment, with relocation assistance and up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus. Hiring events at Wellstar Kennestone Regional Medical Center and Windy Hill Hospital. Must demonstrate strong English communication, computer proficiency, time management, critical thinking, and collaborative skills to support evidence-based practice and patient-family-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- RN license (Single State) or RN-Compact
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- Minimum experience: Less than 1 year completion of accredited/approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours
- Direct patient care experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and speak English; basic computer skills
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, customer service
- Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
