Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in CVICU on a 3x12 night schedule (7pm–7:30am) providing direct patient care to medical/surgical/cardiovascular patients on advanced monitoring and equipment (central lines, A-lines, balloon pumps, Impella, ventilation, CRRT). Leads clinically, assists with precepting staff, and coordinates care from admission to discharge including discharge planning. Requires RN licensure in Montana, completion of an accredited RN program, and certifications including BLS and ACLS (PALS within 6 months; TNCC/EPNC preferred). Familiarity with advanced cardiac care, invasive lines, ventilatory support, and CRRT; 1–2 years cardiac surgical ICU experience strongly preferred. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN Nursing Program
- Current State of Montana RN Licensure
- BLS, ACLS required
- PALS courses within 6 months of hire
- TNCC or EPNC certification preferred
- Experience in Cardiac Surgical ICU and use of Impella/CRRT preferred
