Registered Nurse (RN) – CRU

Registered Nurse in the Clinical Resource Unit float pool at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital (Downers Grove, IL). You will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures. Utilize evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and effective communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum. Requires completion of an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the practicing state, and BLS certification. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality nursing care on a Level I trauma center unit with observation, med/tele, critical care stepdown, and behavioral health units as part of a Clinical Resource Unit float pool. Night shift, full-time schedule (0.9 FTE) with every other holiday and every third weekend; pay range $38.20-$57.30 per hour.
