Job Summary
Conduct nursing assessments, evaluate admission criteria, and document client progress using current systems and therapeutic modalities. Deliver medications per physician orders, transcribe orders to pharmacy, and supervise subordinate personnel as designated Charge Nurse. Facilitate education for clients, families, and the public while obtaining consents and referrals from other agencies. Provide emergency services via phone or face-to-face and participate in on-call rotations as required. Shifts are 36 hours weekly (Day 7a-7p and Night 7p-7a) with weekday night and weekend differentials available. Bilingual premiums apply for Spanish or Burmese speakers.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a RN in the state of Indiana, current and valid
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen
- Willing to submit to comprehensive background checks, including but not limited to criminal and child protective services checks
- Available for Full-time (36 hours/wk- 12 hour shifts) Day 7a-7p and Night 7p-7a positions
- Available for PRN, Part-time, or Weekend only options
- Available for on-call rotation as required by the department manager per Center policy if necessary
- Available for weekend shifts

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in psychiatric nursing preferred
- Fluent in Spanish
- Fluent in Burmese
