Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) at Crossroads in Arizona responsible for individualized patient care, performing nursing assessments, implementing care plans, administering treatments and medications, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Travel to Crossroads facilities and community locations to administer medications, venipuncture, suboxone inductions, immunizations and injections, wound care, and EKGs; coordinate prescription orders; document assessments and responses; initiate emergency resuscitation per protocols; educate and advocate for patients; maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records; support clinical risk management and quality of care. Requires nursing licensure in good standing, 2+ years of clinical experience, ability to work in a fast-paced behavioral health setting, and willingness to travel between sites in Arizona. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Valid, state-issued Nurse license in good standing
- 2+ years’ clinical experience in a clinical care setting
- Current CPR/First Aid/Narcan training, BLS preferred
- Current and annual negative TB Test
- Background check and Arizona Department of Health Services Adult Protective Services check
- Fingerprint Clearance Card
- MVR check performed annually and upon hire (preferred)
- Travel between sites may be required
- Valid AZ Driver’s License (if driving)
