Job Summary
Registered Nurse - Super Pool provides critical care nursing across ICU/PCU and Med Surg needs, delivering comprehensive nursing assessments, formulating and implementing individualized care plans, and educating patients and families. Requires an accredited nursing program graduate with active Texas RN (or compact) license, BLS and ACLS, and at least two years of recent ICU/hospital experience. Performs direct and delegated nursing care, assumes charge responsibilities as needed, and supports patient outcomes in a high-volume tertiary care setting. FT Nights at Medical City Dallas; sign-on bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Professional Nursing
- Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license
- Current BLS provider
- Current ACLS provider
- Minimum of two years’ experience in critical care ICU hospital experience within the last three years
- BSN within 24 months of hire/transfer if hired after 6/1/12
