Registered Nurse - RN - Critical Care Super Pool

Job Summary
Provide comprehensive critical care nursing for high-acuity patients in ICU/PCU/Med Surg as part of a Super Pool, including performing comprehensive nursing assessments, formulating and implementing individualized care plans, delivering education and emotional support to patients and families, and potentially assuming Charge responsibilities. Requires BSN (or enrolled with BSN to be completed within 24 months of hire), at least two years of ICU/critical care experience, and Texas RN (or compact) license with current BLS and ACLS. Night shift, full-time position with a potential $10K sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Professional Nursing
- BSN within 24 months of hire/transfer into RN position
- Minimum of two years’ ICU/critical care experience
- Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license
- Current BLS provider
- Current ACLS
