Job Summary
Registered Nurse for a high-acuity Critical Care / Step-Down Unit. Provides care for complex patients including cardiothoracic, post-surgical, and telemetry patients; collaborates with an interdisciplinary team; manages admissions, discharges, and transfers; emphasizes patient safety and outcomes. Role supports exposure to advanced cardiac and critical care pathways; opportunities for growth into Charge RN and specialty roles; open to new grads and experienced nurses; WI license or compact eligibility and BLS required (ACLS preferred).
Required Qualifications
- RN license (WI or compact eligible)
