Job Summary
Provide care for patients requiring higher acuity monitoring including drips, chest tubes, and central lines. Collaborate with a strong interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced setting while managing frequent admissions, discharges, and transfers. Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on safety and outcomes for a complex population including cardiothoracic, post-surgical, and telemetry patients. Schedule options include full-time, part-time, and supplemental shifts. Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing with a Bachelor's preferred, along with an RN license and BLS certification. Offers exposure to advanced cardiac pathways, structured workflows, and opportunities for growth into Charge RN roles within a supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- RN license (WI or compact eligible & Trauma nursing core course
- BLS required (or obtained within 90 days of hire)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Certification in specialty preferred
- ACLS, PALS or NRP preferred based on primary department
- 3+ years practicing as an RN in a comparative setting for experienced nurses
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
