Registered Nurse, (RN) - Critical Care Step Down

Registered Nurse in the CCSD unit at Raleigh General Hospital (Beckley, WV). Performs accurate patient assessments, initiates nursing interventions, provides age- and condition-appropriate care, and ensures thorough documentation supporting medical necessity. Develops and revises interdisciplinary care plans for each patient. Requires current RN license and an associates or bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing school. BLS certification required within 30 days of hire; ACLS and PALS required within six months. One year of experience preferred; ASLS certification preferred. Full-time, days, in-person role at a 300-bed hospital as part of Lifepoint Health.
