Registered Nurse (RN) Critical Care Nights (Columbia County)

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans to promote short and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the patient care team to coordinate daily patient flow, communicate care plans with staff, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments, condition changes, and education provided. Listen to patient and family concerns, serve as an educational resource on health issues, and report pertinent information to appropriate individuals while upholding confidentiality and safety standards. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance councils, and mentor other nurses through preceptorship. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and stay current with industry best practices. Night shift in Columbia County.
