Registered Nurse (RN) Critical Care Nights (Columbia County)

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assisting with care plans to promote short- and long-term outcomes. Deliver safe, effective care according to policies, coordinate daily patient flow, and maintain comprehensive documentation of assessments and incidents. Serve as an educational resource for patients and families, communicating critical information to providers while upholding confidentiality and safety standards. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute to process enhancements, and support shared governance through council activities. Mentor other nurses, engage in professional organizations, and stay current with research literature and industry best practices. Maintain required licenses including ACLS, BLS, and RN certification. Night shift position in Columbia County.
