Registered Nurse (RN) in Critical Care Float Pool provides comprehensive patient care across neuro and critical care units, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating plans of care; supervises non-RN personnel; serves as charge nurse and preceptor; requests appropriate referrals and ensures education for patients and families. Requires BSN preferred, CT RN license, and at least 1 year of acute nursing experience; BLS required.
