Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care Float Pool

Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care Float Pool: Provides and supervises patient care on Neuro and Cardiovascular ICUs, including assessment/plan of care, supervision of non-RN personnel, and acting as charge nurse. Performs advanced neuro and airway management, including endotracheal/tracheostomy suctioning, halo brace care, and care of ventilated patients. Supports education and professional development; precepting new staff; participates in discharge planning and care coordination. BSN preferred; CT licensure required; BCLS required; unit-specific responsibilities span ICU/stepdown and ECMO-capable care.
