Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care Float Pool

Registered Nurse (RN) for Neuro-focused Critical Care unit; duties include assessing patients continuously, developing and documenting individualized plans of care, coordinating with healthcare team, educating patients/families, serving as preceptor to new staff, and acting as Charge Nurse; requires ability to supervise non-RN staff, manage neuro-related procedures, airway management, suctioning, ventilator care, and post-procedure care, with emphasis on neuro patients and the facility's Tia teaching program.
