Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Care Float Pool

Registered Nurse (RN) in Critical Care Float Pool provides comprehensive patient care across units, including neuro-focused care. Responsibilities include assessing and updating plans of care, coordinating with the healthcare team, educating patients and families, supervising non-RN staff, acting as preceptor to new staff, and serving as Charge Nurse. Demonstrates competency in neuro assessment, airway management for neuro patients, care for trached patients, suctioning per policy, and utilization of teaching programs. Requires BSN preferred and CT RN license with BLS competency; prior Med/Surg RN experience noted.
