Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Care Float Pool who assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care on a nursing unit; functions as preceptor and charge nurse; demonstrates neuro care competency including airway management and care of trached patient; collaborates with healthcare team, educates patients/families, and ensures smooth department operation. Requires BSN preferred, 1 year NICU RN experience, and CT RN license; BLS required; duties include planning and documenting care plans, coordinating care, and education following assessment and discharge readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate Of An Accredited School Of Nursing; BSN Preferred
- 1 Year Neonatal ICU RN experience required
- Valid State Of Connecticut Registered Nurse License
- BLS Required
