Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Care Float Pool

Registered Nurse in Critical Care Float Pool with neuro focus provides assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care across nursing units, supervises non-RN personnel, may serve as Charge Nurse, and functions as a preceptor. Responsibilities include developing care plans, coordinating with the healthcare team, educating patients and families, ensuring readiness for discharge, and performing neuro-specific procedures such as airway management, suctioning, tracheostomy care, and ventilator management; requires BSN preferred and CT RN licensure with at least 1 year of acute nursing experience.
