Registered Nurse / RN Critical Care Float Pool

Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care activities for patients on medical-surgical units and rehab facilities in accordance with HHS standards. Develop and modify patient care plans while adhering to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act, CMS, and TJC regulations. Provide care appropriate to patient needs across all assigned units. Requires a two-year associate degree, one to three years of experience, and an Oklahoma RN license with BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire. This night shift, part-time float pool role supports Hillcrest Medical Center's 656-bed facility, which includes specialized centers for burn care, women's health, cancer treatment, and rehabilitation.
