Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care Float Pool

Registered Nurse (RN) in a Critical Care Float Pool provides comprehensive bedside care, develops and documents plans of care, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include supervising non-RN staff, serving as Charge Nurse, precepting new staff, ensuring patient education and readiness for discharge, and demonstrating proficiency in neuro assessment and airway management, including care for trached patients and ventilated patients. Requires neonatal ICU experience and CT RN licensure; BSN preferred. Must be proficient with electronic records and committed to high-quality, patient-centered care.
