Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care Float Pool

Registered Nurse in Critical Care Float Pool provides neonatal ICU patient care across assigned units, assesses and documents patient needs, develops and implements individualized plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team, and evaluates outcomes. Responsibilities include supervising non-RN personnel, serving as a charge nurse, and precepting new staff. Demonstrates competency in neuro patient care, airway management, care for trached patients, and assistance during neuro procedures; supports the Tia Teaching Program and maintains proficiency with required nursing skills and documentation.
