Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in a Critical Care Float Pool role performing neuro-focused patient care across units under the Nurse Manager/Clinical Coordinator. Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing and documenting plans of care, coordinating with the healthcare team, educating patients/families, acting as a preceptor to new staff, and serving as a charge nurse. Demonstrates competency in neuro patient care, airway management, care of tracheostomy and ventilated patients, and neuro procedures. BSN preferred and 1 year NICU RN experience required. Must hold a Connecticut RN license and BLS. Location: Orchard Park, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate Of An Accredited School Of Nursing; BSN Preferred
- 1 Year Neonatal ICU RN experience required
- Valid State Of Connecticut Registered Nurse License
- BLS Required
