Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care (CCU) - 36hrs/week, nights-7pm-7:30amx3/week

Manages individualized, outcome oriented nursing care through the use of the nursing process. Provides care, treatment and services through the successful coordination and completion of a series of processes that include assessment, planning care, providing care, in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures. Key duties include medication administration and reconciliation, patient/family centered care, planning and documenting care, ensuring safety and quality, compliance with policies, and leveraging technology (Lotus Notes, LMS). Minimum education is graduation from an accredited School of Nursing; licensure as an RN is required. Work is in a Critical Care/CCU setting with 36 hours per week, nights (7pm-7:30am) at South Shore Hospital in Hanover, MA.
