Job Summary
Registered Nurse in Critical Care (CCU) providing individualized, outcome-oriented care using the nursing process. Responsible for medication administration, care planning, documentation, and patient-family centered care. Maintains safety standards, adheres to policies, supports discharge planning, and pursues ongoing professional development. Requires RN license and relevant certifications; extensive knowledge of critical care procedures, infection control, and regulatory compliance. Night shift 7pm-7:30am, 36 hours/week.
Required Qualifications
- RN - Registered Nurse
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN license in MA or eligible
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (required)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification (may be required depending on department)
- Emergency Response Training Certification (may be required)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification (may be required)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification (may be required)
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) Certification (may be required)
- Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) Certification (may be required)
- Minimum work experience: Previous Acute Care RN experience preferred
