Job Summary
Provides RN care in a Critical Care (CCU) unit with shift: 36 hours per week, nights 7:00 PM–7:30 AM x3/week. Responsibilities include medication administration and reconciliation, planning and documenting individualized care plans, patient/family education and engagement, and promoting a culture of safety. Performs assessment, care delivery, and coordination per department policies; ensures accurate patient identification, hand hygiene, universal precautions, regulatory compliance, and privacy of patient information. Requires ongoing professional development, utilization of technology (e.g., Lotus Notes), and adherence to hospital policies. Licensure as RN and department-specific certifications may be required (BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC, TCAR). Minimum education: graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Previous acute care RN experience preferred.

- Emergency Response Training Certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC)
- Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) Certification may be required
