Registered Nurse (RN) in Critical Care (CCU) working 36 hours per week on night shifts (7pm-7:30am, 3 shifts/week). Provides individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care using the nursing process, including medication administration, plan of care development, documentation, patient/family-centered care, discharge planning, safety/quality, professional development, and compliance with hospital policies. Requires ability to perform admissions assessments, maintain accurate documentation, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with the care team. Minimum education includes graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with applicable licensure as an RN; BLS/ACLS/PALS and other certifications may be required depending on department.
