Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care (CCU) - 36hrs/week, nights -7pm-7:30amx3/week

Job Summary
Manages individualized nursing care through the nursing process for CCU patients. Administers medications, completes medication reconciliation, documents care per policies, and develops/updates a prioritized plan of care. Ensures patient safety, adherence to regulatory standards, and effective communication with the patient and family. Facilitates discharge planning and collaborates with the clinical team. Utilizes Lotus Notes for email and learning resources and maintains compliance with hospital policies. Provides care during night shifts (7:00 pm–7:30 am) for 36 hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- RN license required
- Minimum Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- BLS certification (and other department-required certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, TCAR as applicable)
- ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, TCAR may be required depending on department
- Ability to administer medications, documentation per policies
- Proficiency with nursing process, care planning, and patient-family centered care
