Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care (CCU) - 36hrs/week, nights -7pm-7:30amx3/week

Registered Nurse in CCU, nights 7pm–7:30am (36 hours/week, nights). Manages individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care through the nursing process; administers medications per SSH policies; completes medication reconciliation; develops and updates plan of care; documents and communicates patient/family teaching needs; ensures patient safety and quality care; supports discharge planning and transfer; promotes a culture of safety; adheres to department and hospital policies; utilizes Lotus Notes for email and learning resources; adheres to MA Nurse Practice Act and applicable policies; maintains professional development and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Licensure as an RN is required; additional certifications may be required depending on department.
