Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care (CCU) - 36hrs/week, nights-7pm-7:30amx3/week

Manages individualized, outcome oriented nursing care through the nursing process in a Critical Care/Upscale CCU setting, including medication administration, documentation, and development/updates of patient-centered plans of care. Ensures patient safety and quality through adherence to policies, hand hygiene, regulatory requirements, and safe practices; collaborates with patients and families to support care planning and discharge processes. Utilizes department technology (Lotus Notes) and computer systems to access resources, track care, and maintain compliance; maintains professional development and participates in evidence-based practice and performance improvement. Requires RN licensure and may involve a range of department-specific certifications (BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC, TCAR) as applicable to the assigned unit.
