Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care (CCU) - 36hrs/week, nights-7pm-7:30amx3/week

Provides individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care through the nursing process. Manages medication administration, documentation, and planning of care; conducts assessments, ensures patient safety, and facilitates discharge planning. Maintains patient/family-centered care, communicates plan of day, supports ethical decision-making, uses technology (Lotus Notes) for education and workflow, and adheres to compliance, privacy, and safety standards. Demonstrates critical thinking, professional development, and collaboration across disciplines to deliver quality acute care in a CCU context.
