Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care (CCU) - 36hrs/week, nights-7pm-7:30amx3/week

Provide individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care through the nursing process, including medication administration, documentation, and plan-of-care development. Maintain a culture of safety and quality, ensure regulatory compliance and patient privacy, and support patient-family centered care. Utilize department technology and tools (e.g., Lotus Notes) to manage learning resources and clinical workflows. Responsibilities include admissions assessment timing, ongoing patient assessment, care coordination, discharge planning, ethical decision-making, and effective communication within the care team. Requires RN licensure and graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; night-shift CCU/critical care duties with a strong emphasis on professional development and compliance.
